Meeting Planners

My Pledges to Meeting Professionals:

I will not try to sell you on using me if I don’t fit. I did some of that earlier in my career when I was hungry and overconfident. Being a good fit for you means I can be my best self, relax, and give all my energy to meeting your group’s needs.

I will be easy to work with. I have set up hundreds of meetings and seminars myself and helped non-meeting planner managers with ideas to maximize the impact of their meetings. I understand your pressures and you can count on me to be resourceful in problem solving and creative in seeing opportunities for maximizing impact.

I am not providing a “stock” topic description, generic promotional pieces, resume` or introduction because each will be customized to your audience. We will talk before you hire me. I will know how to customize the description of me and my topic quickly.

When you’re looking for a solution you’ll be discover that my experience makes me uniquely qualified to put together a strategy involving the right combination of speaking, training and consulting to give your team just the boost they need. I work all across North America and will be pleased to  travel to your event. I will also consider international travel where appropriate.

Photographs are available in the “Press Room” and biographical information is available in “About.”

I grew up with the best speakers and trainers in the business, so if I am not a fit for you, I have others I can recommend to you.

If you read this far, a special “Thank You” for taking the time to investigate me as a resource for a future meeting!

I am aware that many meeting planners prefer to use a “local” professional speaker to save on travel expenses. Cities within Arizona that are logistically easy reach include (in alphabetical order): Chandler, Flagstaff, Glendale, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sedona, Tempe, and Tucson.

Ranked by the number of conference resorts or facilities (in descending order) would be: Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson, Paradise Valley, Sedona, Mesa, Flagstaff, Chandler, and Glendale.

The cities with easy access to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport would be: Chandler, Glendale, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Tucson also has an international airport. Cities with regional airports include Chandler, Flagstaff, Glendale, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Sedona.
